The Connection - Mind and body
Integrating positive well-being and compassion into daily practices
Moments of mass mindfulness (MOMM) is a meditation movement for everyone. We are raising awareness of, and co-creating in community, a model that fully embraces the true definition of health as both an Art and a Science. At the heart of it all, we’re focused on peace, building community, connection, collaboration and to enhance personal wellbeing.

Explore the power of the feminine as revealed by modern-day and historical mystics at this powerful women-only, all-inclusive retreat May 3-5, 2109 at an organic farm near Devon, England.
Facilitators Sarah McLean, Suzi von Mensenkampff, Vera Lopez, and Sue Cooper will share inspirational stories, lead you into empowering ceremonies, hold community council practices, guide you into deep meditations, offer deep awakening exercises, and hold the space for you to wake up to the power of the feminine mystics.
During this retreat, you’ll join other women who also long to connect to the deepest part of themselves and journey deep into their interior. You’ll examine your life through the mirror of the lives of female mystics and reawaken to your personal feminine power. You’ll discover how you uniquely embody the power and wisdom of modern and ancient feminine mystics and archetypes.
Cultivate and celebrate your unique expression of feminine power, embrace what is truly yours while letting go of what doesn’t serve you, and identify what you are being called to do next, all in a supportive, safe and inspiring environment. Limited to 16 women.

To nurture oneself at the site of the “within”, one must surrender to the inner journey of the many intricacies of both the gross and subtle aspects of the human system; and allow it to be uncovered. But the human system is enmeshed with many layers of karmic impressions, tendencies, physiological imbalances and a sense of isolation from nature; all of which wither away the potent arena of the healing paradigm.
Ayurveda is an appropriate science conducive for such an exploration. At a deeper level it is a system of ecological physiology, where the way the science works is described in terms of nature’s elements, the five elements.
In honouring the human system at this level, the day will be dedicated to exploring these aspects. Interactive sessions include:
Understanding Ayurveda as a daily living practice
Science of yoga
Nada (sound)
Dhyana (meditation)
Oushadis (herbs) and...
Puja (ritual)
Which will serve as vehicles to allow the system to become more receptive to subtle energies; which will assist healing at the deepest levels.
About Arti Ghattaora
Originally trained as an Allopathic physician in the UK, Arti embarked on an extensive period of discovery and travel across numerous Third World countries. It was here where she took her practise of medicine to a new level of understanding and application, specifically in areas that were severely under resourced and deprived. It was through this work, that a new paradigm of the human condition revealed itself to her.
Arti acquired knowledge of traditional systems, spending time in China studying acupuncture, learning Sanskrit and taking a Masters in Ayurvedic medicine. This opened the wisdom of the system under the tutelage of Ayurvedic guru Raghavan Thirumulpad in Kerala. To further understand the human system, she also completed her teacher training in Yoga.
For the last 8 years, Arti has given her time voluntarily to the Rejuvenation center setup by Sadhguru jaggi Vasudev. The Rejuvenation center fuses three traditional Indian sciences of Ayurveda, siddha and yoga. She is also the founder of a social enterprise, Amoha, creating conscious products with respect for all that the planet gives us, in order to provision a vocation for underprivileged women, whilst keeping handmade traditions alive.
It’s a rare opportunity to unplug, take a respite from technology, and put aside your to-do lists to explore your feminine power. Led by American Hay House author, Sarah McLean, and Unity Radio host and gifted meditation teacher, Paulette Pipe, also featuring Suzi von Mensenkampff and our very own Sue Cooper. You’ll be led on an exploration of the power of the feminine as revealed by modern-day and historical mystics.
Includes a vegan lunch

Wellsprings is a group for anyone interested in a contemporary approach to personal well-being, mind-body-spirit “wellness” and holistic health including the new, cutting-edge frontiers where science and modern medicine are increasingly re-connecting with traditional therapies and ancient wisdom streams. Founded by Sue Cooper and Shaun Glossop, Founder of the Nottingham Mindfulness Group
Our focus is on health, vitality and wellness at all levels of our being, and we seek to actively explore the ways in which we can be healthy, active and well-balanced as individuals, within a healthy, well-balanced wider community. Our aim is to seek out the wide variety of differing yet complimentary ways in which people (both individually and collectively) can be empowered to get the most from life, and over time to integrate holistic wellness into health care.
Our meetings will include talks by guest speakers, occasional practical demonstrations, film or video presentations on interesting topics, information about relevant events, classes and courses that are happening locally, and the opportunity to relax and chat with other group members socially.
