Lifestyle Programme

This 5-week lifestyle programme is based on NESS. Meditation is the main key component.

Week 1 is an introduction to Mindfulness and more, the more being NESS. Week one was an introduction to meditation, Ayurveda and individual mind-body constitution.

The following 4 weeks is all about finding ‘your own formula for Self-empowerment and vibrant health and well-being’. 

Nutrition

Meditation around mindful eating and an Ayurvedic balancing nutritional plan. 

Exercise and energy

Meditation to bring balance to the mind body then some gentle yoga breathing and moves, some energy work such as EFT (tapping) and gentle Health Qi Gong movement. 

Stress release

Meditation for balance and relaxation response. A talk on fight/flight and exercises to release stress. Discussion time is very valuable as people share their trigger points, based on 7 dimensions. 

Sleep

Meditation for a calm mind and restful body. A sharing of the latest research on sleep and ways to enhance a good night’s sleep. Meditation has a major role in sleep Health.
